1. Discovery deposit
Discovery deposits are non-refundable once research begins. If we have not yet started, 100% is refunded within 7 business days.
2. Milestone payments
Milestone fees cover delivered work and are non-refundable. If a milestone fails QA, we re-work until it passes — no extra charge.
3. Retainers
Unused retainer hours from the current month can be carried over once. They are not refundable as cash.
4. Cancellation by client
If you cancel mid-milestone, you are billed pro-rata for the hours logged up to the cancellation date.
5. Cancellation by JP Tech
If we cannot continue (resource, conflict, etc.), unspent prepaid fees are refunded in full within 14 days.

Email billing@jptechbd.com with your invoice reference. We respond within 3 business days.
